Health and Wellness Coaching

Are you wanting to lose weight and increase your physical activity to become a healthier you?  Our nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle choices/habits greatly impact our quality of life.  We all know that eating well and exercising are important, but truly embracing this as a lifestyle is very challenging and requires lots of discipline.  Dieting long term isn’t sustainable, rather what will make the most impact are long term healthy lifestyle habits.

I am a health and wellness coach that can help to guide you along this road.   I am also a YMCA Diabetes Prevention Coach and have facilitated a year long wellness program to help people embrace their long term lifestyle changes to prevent Type 2 Diabetes. 

My health and wellness coaching sessions for you, a partner(s) or small group include:
