STAY STRONG FITNESS: FOR ALL AGES
STRETCHING, FOAM ROLLING, CORE & BACK STRENGTHENING
This Stay Strong Fitness class is a class format I created for all ages, and is designed for any level of fitness. I demonstrate progressions and modifications of exercises for different fitness levels. I aim to keep you strong safely.
Decrease muscle stiffness, reduce aches and pains, prevent injury, and improve posture and flexibility by stretching and foam rolling your ENTIRE body. Eliminate back pain, improve balance, stability and posture by keeping your core and back strong! We will incorporate some balance exercises as well. STRETCHES AND CORE WORK DONE STANDING AND ON THE MAT, AND FOAM ROLLING DONE ON THE MAT.
This class is a dose of what your body needs on a daily basis, and you will feel rejuvenated when you are done.
I am ALL ABOUT SUPPORTING ONE ANOTHER, BUILDING ONE ANOTHER UP, AND HELPING EACH OTHER FEEL PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY STRONG VIA FITNESS. I also BRING EXPERIENCE, ENTHUSIASM, PASSION, GREAT CARDIO / STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINES, AS WELL AS AWESOME MUSIC TO KEEP YOU MOTIVATED AND HAVING FUN!

Dates: fall session: sept. 4, 2024 - dec. 4, 2024 (11 classes)
no class on sept. 18, oct. 2, nov. 27
If necessary, make up days are: nov. 27, dec. 11, dec. 18
Cost: $110 (WU residents), $127 (non-residents) / FOR 11 CLASSES
What Equipment is Needed: 36 “ foam roller, mat (rec center has mats if you wish to use them)
