Many of my Stay Strong Fitness Online class participants wanted another cardio & strength training workout to tide them over from Thursday’s class to Tuesday’s class. No worries.  I got your back!!

 

I provide you with a recording from a previous cardio & strength training class keep you feeling mentally and physically strong!


I am really enjoying Cyn’s online exercise classes! Whether you are an avid fitness participant or new to the experience, Cyn guides you how to do the exercises at your level. She is motivational and energizing! She incorporates exercise bands and weights during a portion of the class to provide a full body workout!

What Equipment is Needed:

  • Yoga mat for core work, strength training and stretches on the floor. If you are not comfortable getting on the ground, I provide TONS of other options to do the same things standing or sitting in a chair.

  • Weights

  • Bands

  • Chair without arms if needed for cardiovascular exercise or balance

Location: In the comfort of wherever you are via Zoom Video Conference. You will join with a link that is sent to you via email.

When: Friday - Monday

*** You are able to use this cardio & strength training recording once at your leisure from Friday afternoon through Monday evening.
