Many of my Stay Strong Fitness Online class participants wanted another cardio & strength training workout to tie them over from Thursday’s class to Tuesday’s class. No worries.
I got your back!!
I provide you with a recording from a previous cardio & strength training class to keep you feeling mentally and physically strong!
What Equipment is Needed:
Yoga mat for core work, strength training and stretches on the floor. If you are not comfortable getting on the ground, I provide TONS of other options to do the same things standing or sitting in a chair.
Weights
Bands
Chair without arms if needed for cardiovascular exercise or balance
Location: In the comfort of wherever you are via Zoom Video Conference. You will join with a link that is sent to you via email.
When: Friday - Monday
*** - you are able to use this cardio & strength training recording once at your leisure from Friday afternoon through Monday evening.
