LOW IMPACT CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS

Stay Strong Fitness Online are classes that I have created online via Zoom Video Conference for those in their second act of life (ages 50+). These classes are designed for a beginner to intermediate level and can be done in the comfort of wherever you are via Zoom.  

This low impact cardio and strength training class focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, balance, cognitive skills, and stretching. If you need a chair to exercise or for balance, please have one handy, and if you don’t need one, then that’s fine too. Cynthia facilitates a class where either way, you will get a GREAT workout at your fitness level.

Cynthia is all about supporting one another, building one another up, and helping each other feel physically and mentally strong via fitness. Cynthia brings experience, enthusiasm, passion, great cardio / strength training routines, as well as awesome music to keep you motivated and having fun!

Location: In the comfort of wherever you are via Zoom Video Conference. You will join with a link that is sent to you via email.

When: Tues. / Thurs. 8:30am - 9:30am.

*** If you can not make the class, the recording will be available for 48 hours.

What Equipment is Needed:

  • Yoga mat for core work, strength training and stretches on the floor. If you are not comfortable getting on the ground, I provide TONS of other options to do the same things standing or sitting in a chair.

  • Weights

  • Bands

  • Chair without arms if needed for cardiovascular exercise or balance
