LOW IMPACT CARDIO, BACK & CORE STRENGTHENING, STRETCHING, & FOAM ROLLING CLASS
Stay Strong Fitness Online are classes that I have created online via Zoom Video Conference for those in their second act of life (ages 50+). These classes are designed for a beginner to intermediate level and can be done in the comfort of wherever you are via Zoom.
This class focuses on low impact cardio, CORE and back strengthening, stretching, foam rolling, and balance. There will be 30 minutes of warm-up and low impact cardio, and 30 minutes of core and back strengthening, stretching and foam rolling. I incorporate balance and cognitive skills throughout class. Stretching will be done standing or on the mat, and foam rolling will be done on the mat. If you need a chair for balance while you are doing your cardio, please have one handy, and if you don’t need one, then that’s fine too. Cynthia facilitates a class where either way, you will get a GREAT workout at your fitness level.
Cynthia is all about supporting one another, building one another up, and helping each other feel physically and mentally strong via fitness. Cynthia brings experience, enthusiasm, passion, great cardio / strength training routines, as well as awesome music to keep you motivated and having fun!

I don’t have to get dressed, chase down the dogs, drive to the Y , hunt for a parking place and then hope I got there soon enough that I could get into the class. After all that, I had the drive home. It’s so nice to walk upstairs and go to the computer. Exercise is uncomplicated and I only have to watch out for the dogs. I hope you keep having them.”

** min. 6-9 class participants - 3 or 4 live classes per month (depending on if it’s a 4 or 5 week month), and one previous recording that is provided to use at your leisure for 48 hours
